JOB SUMMARY |
|
Develop & manage Large Business Opportunities primarily focusing on Govt development funds, district funds, NGOs , land deals etc at Regional level to support the Liability Balance Sheet with a focus on CASA. |
|
Detailed Responsibilities: |
|
Business Plan and Budgets
· Identify & tap Govt. funds basis Land acquiring deals by Central/State govt.
· Account Management Services for Govt. Organizations or Departments.
· Housing Development Institution’s Housing Scheme application ac i.e. HUDA, JDA.
. Identify & tap Religious Trust accounts like Sai Baba, Tirupati, Siddhi Vinayak. |

Service Delivery
· Secure ongoing continuity of business processes and deliver targeted customer service to the business unit in a cost effective manner.· Ensure committed turn-around times are met;
· Collection of Direct Taxes on behalf of Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT)
. Collection of Indirect Taxes on behalf of Central Board of Excise & Customs (CBEC)
· Disbursement of Central Government Pensions
. Central Civil Pension Disbursement
. Defence Pension Disbursement
. Collection of State Taxes based on the recommendation of individual States

Process Development
. Develop support processes to support Business Oppurtunites in form E-Payments- DGFT fee, e-tendering, utility bill payment, local tax payment
. e-Governance Tie-ups i.e. Chandigarh, Karnataka, AP,Chhatisgarh, UP, Rajasthan
. Online donation to temples.
