Job Description:
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cockpit Program Manager (cum Functional Analyst)
Interaction with Senior / Middle and Project Managers to define system requirements
Interaction with Process, Delivery Assurance groups to define their requirements from system
Risk Analysis and Management
Define system development & implementation roadmap
To deliver program within schedule & budget with high quality standards
Managing various stakeholders from different functions, including communication
Scope management
Issue Management & escalation
Weekly reporting
EXPERIENCE: 8 year(s) to 12 year(s)
PRIMARY SKILLS:
Ability to conceptualize enterprise-wide integrated project and delivery management system (past experience in managing these kind of programs is advantageous)
Understanding of multiple software development life cycles
Ability to manage in a complex and multi-stakeholder environment
Basic understanding of system architecture and past experience with delivery is must
Familiarity with data warehousing will be added advantage
Strong in communication and presentation
