Job Description
- Responsible for Banquet(s), Restaurant(s), Room Service, and Lounge(s), while coordinating the operations of the kitchen and banquets and to supervise and control all catering outlets in a hotel to the required standards, within agreed budgetary limits and parameters of the law, particularly liquor law.
- To achieve profitability, cost and revenue targets.
- To achieve brand quality service standards
- Prepare Budgets timely and accurately.
- Manage staff, identifying areas for development and training needs. |
