Job Description
AL-MA Org. is a London Based MNC any by the name of The AL-MA Organisation Group. In wake of our
growth in India so far and our long term vision for future expantion, we require BUSINESS HEADS
with in-depth knowedge of different aspects of BUSINESS MANAGEMENT.
We seek Management Trainees whom we can train on all aspects of Business Management, viz. Client
Representation (Advertising and concept selling), HRD & HRM (Recruitment, training, development and
evaluation), Finance (Understanding Financial Reporting, Financial Management) and Administration
(Managing back end operations, administrating a work place) and further develop as Holistic
Managers with a diversified skill set to take on a varied set of responsibilities.
The Management Trainees would be trained as part of Human Engineering, an in-house 5-Level Program
deployed to develop world class Business Heads through the processes of Convergence, Refinement and
Propulsion.
