Industry Exposure: ITES / BPO / Call center / KPO
Experience
Profile:
· The
candidate should have a background of having worked in organizations where
there is a large workforce of min of 1500 employees in the BPO/KPO space where
he should have been an integral part of executing and implementing Business HR
· A post
Graduates degree in HR is preferred
· Hands
on experience in handling Line HR
· Strong
communication skills and a high degree of energy
· Good
analytical and planning skills
Years of experience: 6 Years to 15 Years
Position:
Asst Manager or Manager or Senior Manager HR
Education:
A Basic graduation with a Masters is preferred.
