Job Description
Business Unit Head for Flexcube Group
Responsibilities:
As
a Business Unit Head for the Flexcube group, you will be responsible
for identifying, conceptualizing project specific innovations, tools
along with end to end project, people and delivery management.
Your
responsibilities include, but not limited to:
-
P&L responsibilities, End to End Delivery
Responsibilities including Management of Customers, Onsite/Offshore
Resources/ Setting up the required Processes for the entire
engagement and from time to time revisit the process gap and align
as required.

Identifying and sharing
project specific innovations, best practices, tools or other lessons
learnt that may be of broader interest within the Center/Location.

Responsible for
providing any Proof of Concept with Project Team to Customer.

Understand and
coordinate client’s needs / enhancements, customization,
software-related issue of clients and consult with technical team to
provide solutions in adherence to delivery schedules.

Meeting deadlines and
UAT sign off without compromising quality norms and adhering to SLA.

Delivery Management &
Post Implementation support.

Negotiating SLAs for
large and medium-size business transformation projects.
-
Provide useful and
timely performance feedback to the team and Mentor and Identify the
Star Performers. Monitoring and giving Direction for Project
planning, scoping, estimation & tracking.
Skillset:
-
10 - 15 years
minimum experience with mastery over Flexcube product
-
5+
Implementation experience a must
-
Should have a
complete techno-functional understanding of the Flexcube product
-
Strong
understanding of the underlying data model of the Flexcube Product
will be a significant plus
-
Experience of
working as part of an BI/MIS/Reporting project around the core
system will also be a significant plus
-
Other
experiences: Owning customer relationships, P&L management,
Significant people management
-
In a nutshell,
candidate needs to understand the core banking system very well,
understand the banking function well and any understanding of the
data/BI layer will be a plus
