and implement Consumer Services strategy to support RTB & drive CTB
(Run / Change the Business) operations for the Customer segment
o Profitability analysis, Services product Cost management,
Indepth Cost elements analysis. Discount Rationalization, Cost Comp
Management, Financial inputs for new products, Tax/Freight other adder
implications by the different regions
o Engage with End user/Customer to understand & meet their Reporting/Analytics requirements
o Proactively communicate delays/issues if any
o Ensure timely delivery of reports/analysis
o Ensure 100% data accuracy in each deliverable.
Provide for BCRP & business continuity of deliverables / analyses.
o Advanced Excel (including Pivot tables, Lookups, Macros, etc) and presentation skills (PowerPoint)
o Knowledge of medium SAS
o Structured approach towards problem solving
