Job Description
- Handling end to end recruitment cycle.
- Taking down requirments from the clients.
- Searching and screening relevant CVs from the database.
- Conducting telephonic interviews with the shortlisted candidates.
- Sending the interested candidatures CVs to the concerned client.
- Taking shortlisting from the client.
- Follow up with the client as well as with candidates for the interview till the requirment is fulfilled.
- Followup for the payment.
