Job Description
Site Quality Control Supervisor reports to the company QA/QC Manager. He ensures the
quality of the site installations is consistent with the company's policy requirements,
together with national and international standards and the contract/client specifications.
The Site Quality Control Supervisor will:
• Implement the QA/QC management system at site.
• Coordinate quality inspections with all the site sub contractors and vendors, and
coordinate all testing on site.
• Coordinate with the customer’s representative on all quality matters.
• Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors.
• Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable
codes and standards.
• Participate in the site internal and external site audits.
• Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors.
• Ensure that all quality control documentation is complied and competed for as-built
handover through the SHQ engineer.
• Complete site quality control instructions and action remedial responses.
• Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action.
• Review the customer’s specifications.
• Arrange for relevant training of the site QC inspector.
• Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan.
• Complete and coordinate the approval of the site’s QC technical submittals to the
customer.
• Elaborate inspection and test programs.
• Ensure that safety standards are adhered to, at site.
• Ensure that all technical documents relative to site quality control are up-to-date
status.
• Ensure safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed, in
accordance with contract requirements and company guidelines.
• Develop a Quality Management System that assures quality and provides for
continuous improvement.
• Fulfill other responsibilities associated with this position, as may be appropriate.
• Interface with subcontractors on a daily basis to ensure that the project safety
requirements and specifications are met.
• Supervise and maintain oversight, scheduling and performance of SHQ management
systems and contract compliance audits and document findings, and ensure
implementation of appropriate corrective action for non-compliance in SHQ related
issues and the promotion of preventative measure to ensure satisfaction.
• Direct the implementation and maintenance of the Quality, Safety, and Health
Management Systems in conformance with the appropriate management system
standard (ISO 9001) and work to ensure regulatory compliance and systems
conformance.
• Provide, direct and write detailed reports of findings and make recommendation for
corrective and/or preventive action.
• Assists in control of quality records and related documentation.

• Reviews and evaluates technical submittals and shop drawings prior to submission
to consultants and clients, according to required project standards.
Requirements
• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or Information Systems or
Engineering or other relevant field.
• 10+ year’s relevant quality management experience, 3 years as QA/QC supervisor.
• Multimedia low current/security systems background is preferred.
• TQM certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with project/Quality methodologies and practices.
• IT services provision to in-house or external clients.
• Previous experience in Middle East.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
