Job Title: Manager - Learning & Development (only female candidates would be considered)

Job Purpose/Mission:

1) Anchor Learning & Development activities and initiatives in the company

2) Assist the HR head in Conceptualising, Planning and Implementing the Training Calendar

 Reports to : Head HR

 Responsibilities:

1) Training Needs Identification.

 2) Drawing up the Annual Training Calendar

3) Design the Modules/Content for the Program

4) Facilitate Program Delivery using Internal /External Faculty

5) Anchor the E-Learning Initiatives for the Company

 6) MIS & Data management in SAP

7) Assist in Designing and rolling out the Senior Leadership Program based on "Leadership Competencies"

 8) Assist in the process of ‘Transfer of Learning’ through ‘Action Learning Projects’

9) Post training analysis.

Education:

MBA- HR from Premier Institutes (pass out between 2006 - 2008)

Names of Institutes -  (XLRI/ FMS DELHI/ SIBM/ SCMHRD/ IMT GHAZIABAD / XIMB / NMIMS/ IIM / MDI GURGAON/ JBIMS - JAMNA LAL BAJAJ / SP JAIN )

Content Development , Developing Case Study, Delivery of Training in Soft Skills, Planning and Implementing the E-Learning Initiatives

Experience: 2 - 3 yrs (pass out between 2006 - 2008)
