A Company with a solid reputation in Manufacturing
Industrial Products is expanding its operations and is looking for Sales Engineer/Executive
for Marketing Industrial Products with 2+ yrs experience with established
contacts in Industries. The MNC is opening various branches in Metros in India and
the recruitment is Pan India.
We are currently hiring candidates in this MNC as Sales Engineer/Executive
for
Marketing Industrial Products with 2+ yrs experience with established contacts
in Industries.
A. Key Performance Areas

Ensuring Order Entry, billing, collection is done in a timely manner

Working in conjunction with sales and service teams

B. Key Responsibilities
1.To
monitor sales and marketing of service
contracts in close co-ordination with Sr. Sales Executive, ARM, AGM –
Protection
2.Actively
work for achieving sales / service contract targets and a monthly report is to
be submitted to the Director Business Development – Protection covering current
status.Identifying major contracts and
tenders for quoting offers for major clients with appropriate details.
3.Co-ordinate
with Detection deptt. To understand and workout based on available data to
fetch additional contracts.Interaction
with Director / AGM – Protection for any technical support or commercial
clarification with respect to special tenders and pricing.
4.To
identify and co-ordinate for product service training / seminar for clients in
assigned territories.To promote new
products and services as and when assigned by the Management.
5.To
keep full and accurate awareness of the competition, their strength, weakness,
sales and marketing methods, philosophies and update knowledge of sales
contracts within the market.A report as
necessary shall be sent to Director / Asst. General Manager - Protection.
6.To
co-ordinate with Detection / Commercial / Materials / Logistics to meet
customer delivery requirements.Assures
the confidentiality of the customer list, mailing lists and other sensitive
company information
C. Key competencies required to perform the current role
Selection and Salary Criteria
Experience in Sales with good network will be given
priority.
Knowledge
1) Mechanical Engineer (B.E) degree would be advantageous.
2) Minimum of 2 years’ working experience as a Sales Engineer/Executive
3) Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
4) High computer proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Salary starts from 1,80,000 to 3,00,000 (per
annum) (1.8 lacs to 3 lacs)
Salary is Negotiable, however you can expect a
20% - 30% increase from your present salary.
