Job Description
Education: BE Mechanical Experience level = 3-5 years Electromagnetic Sensor design and development Role:
1. Modifies products to support customer, manufacturing, applicable regulatory and industry standard, and market requirement. 2. Analyzes electro-magnetic and mechanical designs, & develop mathematical models. 3. Create or calculate reliability analysis, and Design Failure Modes and Effects analysis (FMEA). 4. Participate on multi-discipline concurrent development and corrective action teams. 5. Prepare, review, and approve the documentation required to define and control products. 6. Prepare design proposals to present to customer once design is finalized. 7. Support design reviews, both customer and internal as required 8. Create and implement test procedures for products based on product requirements and customer specifications. Monitor testing and analyze data to verify performance of the product to customer and design specifications. 9. Conduct failure analysis examinations and prepare Failure Analysis Reports (FAR) of findings. 10. Provide technical support to all internal departments, suppliers, and customers as it relates to the product. 11. Create new designs and advanced methodologies to support the Technical Roadmap of the organization. 12. Provide subject matter expertise on all areas of fluid health monitoring designs. 13. Coordinate and support the prototype manufacturing of products. 14. Participate in planning and scheduling work/projects
