Job Description
1. Strong Oracle HR implementation experience
2. Experience in at least 3-4 full Oracle HR implementation cycles
3. Experience in requirements gathering, developing to-be process documents, customizing/configuring the system, conducting CRPs, as well as user training and support
4. Sound understanding of HR concepts, including organization structures, job descriptions, competency framework, compensation benchmarking, manpower planning, performance managment etc. is preferred
5. Ability to write well structured reports
6. Very articulate and presentable. Strong English writing and speaking skills
7. Experience in developing proposals, making client presentations, and business development
8. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in team-based environments
9. MBA from premier universities in India, preferably in HR.
10. Basic degree in Engineering would be an advantage.
11. About 5-6 years experience in working with blue chip IT Consulting firms, preferably Big 4. |
