Job Profile:

• Implements the work as per project standard and company policy.

• Supervises zone site engineers and assigns/distributes job activities on a daily/weekly

basis.

• Follows up the zone work progress, prepares daily progress reports, and submits

them to the Site Manager.

• Releases material request forms to project warehouse, according to work orders.

• Follows up on the construction work in his zone and reports any change/delay in the

schedule plan to construction manager.

• Follows up on the subcontractors’ activities and progress.

• Coordinates with the civil zone manager to achieve the work objectives on planned

schedule.

• Reports any pending issues/subjects "Material – manpower" to the Site Manager.

• Releases the RFI to QC inspector and corrects any quality non-conformance in his

zone.

• Assures the quality in all zone activities.

• Attends the weekly meeting with project management team.

• Manages any administrations or technical issues in his zone.

• Oversees proper technician scheduling as per project schedule plan.

• Provides overall direction of lower level leaders/foremen.

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ relevant construction projects management experience.

• IT services provision to in-house or external clients.

• Multimedia low current/Security systems/Network Infrastructure background is a

must.

• Management of project teams.

• Previous experience in Middle East.
