- Experience -8-10 Yrs in BPO-Non Voice Process
- Education-Min Graduation,MBA Preferred
- Min 8Yrs of experience with 4 yrs min in People management and 1-2 yrs in handling AM/TL's
- Procurement Exp - Preferred, not mandatory.
- Should have handling multiple processes currently.
