Job Description -
Feild Engineer- Computer Hardware
Minimum 2 to 5 years of hardware maintenance on PC, Servers and printers
Well Experience on Windows XP ,2000 Professionals and Linux .
Experience & knowledge DNS, DHCP, Proxy Services.
Experience & knowledge on TCP/IP Protocols.
User Interface for handling escalated issues from Helpdesk.
Working Experience on Configuration, Upgradation, Migration changes.
Provide support and coordinate with system owners in case of trouble.
Good Communication skill.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma – Electronics & Telecommunication or
Degree – Electronics or Telecommunication or Computer Science.
