Job Description
Execute business strategy for Dennis Floor Furnishings products and achieve budgeted sales revenue. You will also coordinate with sales team to generate sales revenue and coordinate with manufacturing personnels for forecast product availability & dispatch.
Generate weekly/ monthly reports with analysis regarding the business activities to keep the company well informed about the market trends and future steps required and provide on time the yearly sales budget to factory to arrange proper planning.
Establish and develop effective working relationships with key customers, and agree account penetration plans with Zonal Manager / Country Head.
Understand markets and customers’ needs and develop and execute specific customers’ plans to support their growth and needs.
Identify and lead specific projects (cost reduction, value creation, business development etc) with the strategic accounts in line with the business strategy.
Implement sales plan to roll out Dennis branded in the cluster and develop sales forecasts on a regular and timely basis.
Support Country Head / Zonal Manager in developing account plans, strategy, reporting tools at strategic accounts maintaining an awareness of markets, industry and competitor trends and data.
Assist sales support and marketing departments in developing sales promotion programmes, sales and customer training programmes, market research projects or other special projects as required
