Job Description
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Growth in Sales by supporting the Sales team 2.Coordinating with Plant on Product performance, BIS, NTH related work 3.Market feedback & raw material feasibility 4.Enhancement in blended cement. 5.Planning & budgeting technical activities 6. Marketing & placing product in the premium market 7. Planning & executing technical activities 8. Cost Control 9. Project Sales 10. Overall supervision of project & clinker sales business of organization 11. Responsible for planning/implementation /achievement of organization policy for achievement of target and objectives. 12. Visit important project customers & procure important approvals 13. Assess tenders participation 14. Plan the sales budget in Non Trade area, implement and achieve the same 15. Team’s over all performance & motivation/ low attrition ESSENTIAL STRENGHTS: 1. Excellent technical knowledge 2. Good Communicater 3. Great convincing power 4. Go getter 5. Team leader COMPUTER EXPOSURE: MS Office, ERP, Oracle,SAP REPORTING TO : Vice President (Marketing) SUBORDINATES (Nos.): 15-20 nos.
