Job Description
criteria : 10+3 or Graduate Freshers/ Graduates with exp(Graduates with Backlog in final year can also apply)
BE/Btech Graduates with an Aggregate of 70% and below can apply

PROCESS: TECH SUPPORT- ROUTER SUPPORT PROCESS
Salary
1.61L pa to 1.90L pa
Night shift allowances- 1000 per day
5 working days
1 extra day work incentives- 1000 per day
Incentives- 2 to 10k per month
Salary for Freshers pre- training 9500
Post training: 9500+incentives
Intensive Training would be given for a period of 2 months,
it is an HARDCORE NETWORKING PROCESS
candidate should be flexible to work shifts
Microland provides its candidates a certification course after 6 months of their joining
After 1 year the candidates can shift to IT vertical (collateral movement)
age limit: 20-34 years
