Should have  knowledge  of indegenious  sources  for  localisation  and  translate  development  to  productionisation.

Should  have  developed  products  related  to  sensors

Systems and  associated  solutions

Should  have  lead  a  team  of  technical members  in  successful TOT of  products /system

Should  have  skills to  negotiate TOT with  OEMs

Should  have experience in  the  production  industry.

7.Responsibilities

Lead  a  team  of  designers/tender response/specification

Back-end  support  to  mktg  team

Develop  product/upgrades to  meet  customer  expectation
