Job Description

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Participate in and provide leadership as directed for implementing Big Machines product configuration software.
Work with engineering and marketing to understand product options, rules and logic required for configuration.
Data and rule collection to create various templates used for design, configuration and implementation.
Configure Big Machines software according to the rules and logic outlined in the various templates.
Set-up and maintain integrations to existing business systems.
Develop training materials and train users.
Provide application and technical support
Build and maintain expertise with Big Machines functionality and design solutions for implementing new products and maintaining them once established.
Other related job duties as assigned
Mathematical problem solving, critical thinking and ability to deal with abstract relationships.
Background and experience in some form of programming languages (e.g. MSExcel Macros, Visual Basic, HTML, Perl, C++, Java)
Knowledge of user interface design and web design constraints
Extremely organized with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and French)
Versatile and flexible with a high level of motivation
Available for occasional international travel
Three years experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment with work in one of the following areas: engineering, IT, application support and implementation.
Prior experience with product configuration software a plus

Education: B.E/B.Tech
