Job Description
Job description includes -
- Handling employee relation activities.
- Post hiring activities.
- Employee engagement activities
- Operational
activities in terms of creation of transfer orders, sanctions, offer &
appointment letters, all related HR paperwork etc
- Initiating
employee interaction activities such as monthly employee meets, etc
- CANDIDATE SHOULD BE OPEN TO WORK IN LATE EVENING SHIFT.
- Shift Timings - 3pm to 1am
- Home pick/drop would be available.
- Acting
as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all problems, grievances and
suggestions
