Job profile:
- Responsible for end to end
recruitment cycle.

Co-ordination

To
understand the specification and skills-set required by the client.

To
source candidates through job portals, referrals, headhunting etc.

To telephonically and face to face interview candidates

To
coordinate the complete lifecycle of the interview

To
complete the reference checks of the shortlisted candidates

Negotiate
Salary
- Help complete the joining formalities

Confident in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
