Should be able to lead a team of Stress Engineer/ Tech leads.

Should be able to set goals for the team members, appraise the performance.

Performs structural analysis of a complex nature using conventional hand analysis and/ computer analysis

Establish, develop and validate structural design concepts of nacelle components through static and dynamic assessment of metallic and advanced composite aero-structures and nacelle components using semi-empirical and analytical approaches.

Provides technical direction to the team

Collaborates with internal and external customers.

Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Qualifications needed:

BE with 10 to 15 years of experience.

Experience in leading a team is essential

Experience in aerospace industry, with some design and structural stress analysis experience, preferably with airframe structures.

Familiarity with nacelle components and programs including an understanding of basic load conditions and load paths.

Strong application of engineering principles and theories in structural analysis and test methods

Project Management and Problem-solving skills

Effective communication and team building skills
