Installation, configuration of HW, operating systems, printer, Outlook and other periperals
Black berry support - configuration and troubleshooting
Look at logs and be able to isolate, fix or escalate issues for resolution

Education:- Graduate (Less then 15 yrs of eductaion need not apply)
Remuneration:- upto 8000/-
