Job Description
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides tech expertise to implement & deliver various web Adobe Flex projects
- Develop, create and modify Flex applications in UI focused projects
- GUI development using DHTML/CSS and Flex and ActionScript 2.0, 3.0
- Write action scripts to implement user interactive designs
- Create flash interfaces for web applications
- Provide creative suggestions in user interface designing.
- Leverage visual design skills to create dynamic and complex Flash Designs
- Develop database driven applications using Flash and SQL
- Develop RIA using Flex and SQL
- Develop applications using Flash and Web Services
- Develop and maintain the front end using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Keeps technically abreast of changes, advancements, and/or improvements and incorporates these improvements where applicable
- Designing and maintaining web-based Flash Applications using Adobe Flash with heavy use of ActionScript 2.0/3.0. (Flash video experience a plus) & Photoshop.
- Collaborate with technical team to work around technical constraints.
Specific Skills
- Should have more than 2 years of Strong Adobe Flex and Action Script experience
- Solid work experience in Flash/Flex and Web Services
- Mastry skills with Adobe Flex
- Working experience of Action Script 2.0, 3.0
- Good experience of working with Flash components
- Excellent knowledge and experience of working with Flash/Flex with RDBMS
- Experience working with Ajax and Web 2.0 techniques
- Has a strong sense of visual design, layout, colour, typography and style, and also has a deep appreciation for simple, sleek, usable interfaces.
- Strong knowledge and experience working in HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Should have the understanding of .net Technology
- Customer focused, with the ability to react quickly and efficiently to user and production application issues
- Excellent Communication skill (Written & Verbal)
- Self starter and motivated
