Job Description
Position : Sr. Executive – Corporate Sales
Purpose:
This position is responsible for meeting the corporate sales target for a region/area as per a beat plan/schedule. Identifying market segments; to a specified set of key accounts (Multi National Accounts) and corporates/ SMEs, formulating sales procedures and implementing them and thereby achieving revenue target by maximizing sales along with the team by promoting travel on assigned product in the specified territory.
Primary Job Responsibilities :
Revenue Target: Responsible for achieving set revenue targets by maximizing sales along with the team by promoting travel on assigned product and also by converting other airline travelers on the assigned products.
Market Trends: Keep abreast on the latest rules and regulations, market and competitors information. Undertake regular discussions on changing market trends with the reporting Manager.
Responsible for monitoring the financial viability of the Key account MNAs and corporate houses .
Cost Control: Ensure cost control critically looking at each expenditure item. Use recycled paper where ever possible to save on stationary cost.
Networking: Responsible for ensuring a wide spread market coverage and intelligence network. Consistently increase revenues from the pre- assigned Key accounts and also increase the corporate base for sales enhancement.
Ensure that the sales calls specified per month are met. Liaison with key accounts and corporates thereafter motivate them to sell more of assigned product.
Responsible for giving regular and effective timely update to key account agents/ corporate clients.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction at all times by providing quality services to meet individual customer needs. Be patient and courteous while handling difficult customers and impart precise knowledge.
Ensure that customer queries/ complaints are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
Co-ordination: Undertake close co-ordination with reservations and accounts departments with an aim to ensure better service to the clients.
Knowledge, Skills, Other Abilities :
Required

Education : Graduate, preferably MBA/PGDBA.
Experience : 1.5+ years of work experience in corporate Sales .
Other Abilities : Confident person having excellent interpersonal presentation and communication skills. Drive for results and initiative is a must. Customer orientation, networking and negotiation skills would be necessary for this position. Computer proficiency
