If you can relate to this statement, you are the right person to join our client servicing team. As a ‘Client Servicing Executive’, you will be responsible for an entire market, ensuring that you convert our potential clients and delight them with outstanding service. The job role is similar to sales –just that you need to communicate with the clients online. Our vision is that every client who has a second time need should return to us. Each day at CS is different, and this novelty is what excites the team.
Job profile
You will be required to: - Respond to client queries and generate quotations
- Coordinate with delivery team managers, and translators to ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor trends, analyse data and provide inputs to marketing team
You will be provided with on-the-job training and you will have complete freedom to suggest process and service improvements, where required.
If you wish to apply, you need to:
· have excellent command over English langauge (especially email writing skills)
· be comfortable with multitasking
· have good comprehension, negotiation and analytical skills
· be able to handle pressure and make correct decisions
· be staying in the Western suburbs of Mumbai
Your application will be considered favorably if you have experience in handling an email process with any BPO.
Shift timings: 6:30 to 15:30 OR 13:30 to 22:30
Selection process: All short listed candidates will be called for an onsite test followed by an interview.
