Job Description
Responsibilities & Qualifications would be : a) Training New hire batches on Communication and Culture
b) Impart training to batches of 20-35 trainees, Impart proper/constructive feedback & can assess individual performances in the batch. c) Calm when under work pressure/any scenario, Open to change , flexible with work timings/days, Multi-tasking skills. d) Graduate in any stream with essential experience of 2.5 years in Call centers/BPO, 6 months (+) as Voice & Accent trainer. |
