Location : Mumbai

Education : B. com. , LL.B
Experience : 4 - 8 Years
JD. :
The incumbent will be responsible for all activities related to:
1. Preparation and evaluation of Tenders, Proposals, etc.
2. Structuring, drafting, negotiating and settling contracts.
3. Preparation and scruitinization technical know-how agreements, consortium agreements, joint venture agreements and secrecy agreements, etc.

Risk management related to insurance, etc.

Responsible for coordination with solicitors, counsels and consultants for opinions, clarifications, litigations matters, etc.
-
The incumbent should have knowledge in handling matters related to Corporate and Labour laws, indirect taxation and other commercial laws.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
The candidate should be LL.B. and preferably with a management degree. Must have minimum 7 to 8 year's relevant experience in an engineering industry or any other similar industry.
