| Job Description |
- Must be able to define, design, propose development approaches for MFGPRO customizations / new development based on project needs in the capacity of Tech Lead
- Must be well verse with SDLC activities of MFGPRO project and activities performed by the Tech lead role
- Must be able to define, design, code review methods and procedures based on the project needs in the capacity of Tech lead
- Must be able to define and design Test bed and test cases for the scope of work and review of the Test Case results based on the functional test cases.
- Knowledge of atleast 2 modules of MFGPRO (Sales and Distribution, Finance, Manufacturing) and very good functional knowledge on the 2 modules
- Must be able to lead small group(2-5) of Developers
- Should be able to define/drive writing Test Cases/Test scripts to test/validate and generate test results for client specifications
- Should have Progress DB knowledge needed for Technical Lead role
- The person should be good in communication as he/she will need to talk to customer on a regular basis
- Ability to be part/drive client interfacing project calls as needed.
- Good work attitude
- Should be able to train a team of 2-4 developers on the technical and functional requirements and mentor at least 1-2 developers.
