| Job Description |
The desired Profile would be :
- Conversant with the Banking norms ;
- Liasoning with the Bankers for Term Loans, Working Capital funding, CMA, LCs and Bank Guarantees etc. ;
- Preparation of Balance Sheets, Profit / Loss Accounts, Bank Reconciliations ( Monthly , Quarterly, Annually );
- Daily MIS , Cash flows ;
- Good working knowledge of TALLY , EXCEL, WORD etc.;
- Liasoning with the Auditors ;
- Working knowledge of Income tax, Sales tax, VAT etc. rules ;
- Commercial knowledge of Purchase Orders , Opening of LCs etc. ;
- Conversant with Company Law Rules ;
- Statutory obligations of the Company w.r.t. TDS, Advance tax , IT Returns , IT Assessments etc. ;
- Monitoring Day to day Cash, Accounts ;
- Project – wise Profitability calculations ;
In addition to the list of requirements given for the position, the candidate needs to be from areas of construction / manufacturing.
The position is based at Pune
Reporting would be to Group CFO at Mumbai
