The state franchise development manager, for the
given state will be responsible for executing the franchise development plan
(selection, setup, training coordination, developing & handholding),
managing the channel, achieving the set business objectives, implementing
robust systems & processes for franchise performance management with the
overall objective of maximizing the franchise productivity on a sustainable
basis & maintaining a healthy relationship with the franchisees.
Primary & Critical Accountabilities
ü
Execution of franchise development plan –
franchise selection & due diligence, franchise setup & managing smooth
operations.
ü
Achieving the set business targets in terms
of overall financial targets, franchise productivity, servicing levels &
relationship management.
ü
Organizing & coordinating various
training modules for franchisees & their staff.
ü
Maximizing the franchise productivity &
bringing them to an expected level of productivity.
ü
Will require 10-15 days/month of travel.

& competitor analysis.

Coordinating with the project team in
franchise outlet setup.
ü
Guide the franchisees in staffing &
training of franchise staff.

Providing the required product training &
guidance to franchisees.

the training needs for various levels & coordinating for it.
