Roles & Responsibilities:
•Ensure achievement of Topline, Bottom-line and EBITDA as per ABP for all the stores in the region
•Range Maximization and thrust on special focus categories
•Ensuring adherence to operations standards as per SOP and benchmarking to enhance process efficiency
•Inventory Management
•People development, retention, engagement and increasing people productivity
•Environment management – Traders, Statutes, Government bodies, Associations
•Increasing share of customer catchment in the region
•Ensuring customer satisfaction
•New store openings as per plan
