Franchisees/Business Services Partner ( BSPs ) , agents & Business Associates ( BA s )   under Franchisee / BSP

 

Key Responsibility Areas

 

Recruitment & coding of  BSPs / Franchisees and  Agents

·   Prospect , recruit and code  franchisees and maintain the defined span of control

·   Support the Franchisee in carrying out recruitment activities

·   Achieve the Net Licensed Agents targets under franchisees.

·   Conduct COPs and other recruitment related activities

Achieve FYP targets through relationship management & support to BSPs / Franchisees

·   Achieve the FYP targets

·   Manage Franchisees   &  team to ensure that they maintain the desired sales level

·   Plan weekly visits to Franchisee outlets  to oversee sales & ensure that the operations is as per stipulated guidelines

·   Gauge the training requirements of the sales team & ensure that the training is imparted

·   Provide the agents  with regular updates on underwriting processes, modifications in SOPs etc

·   Arrange joint field work with the agents on a need basis

·   Proactively look at further business development activities and lead generation initiatives

Activity Management

·   Provide support to the agents under the Franchisee to carry out activities like Telephone appointment sessions, Market surveys, Agents meetings 

·   Maintain an activity management records for each of the Franchisee outlet under management with regular updates to the supervisor

·   Submit a visit report to the supervisor after every visit to the outlet

·   Achieve the Activity and productivity levels of agents

·   Ensure the best practices are being followed at all times in all the outlets

Provide operational support

·   Take care of the submission & issuance of policies submitted by  the agents

·   Coordinate between the operations team & the agents  to close pendings

·   Ensure that the Franchisee has the necessary support by way of 

MIS & Reporting

·   Maintain trackers on daily submissions, issuance, pendings etc to be sent to supervisors & Franchise owner

Audit & Compliance

·   Ensure all audit and compliance requirements are met at the outlets at all times

·   Report and recommend necessary action against any Franchisee not following the audit and compliance requirements
