· Achieve the FYP targets
· Manage Franchisees & team to ensure that they maintain the desired sales level
· Plan weekly visits to Franchisee outlets to oversee sales & ensure that the operations is as per stipulated guidelines
· Gauge the training requirements of the sales team & ensure that the training is imparted
· Provide the agents with regular updates on underwriting processes, modifications in SOPs etc
· Arrange joint field work with the agents on a need basis
· Proactively look at further business development activities and lead generation initiatives |
