Experience: 2 to 6 yrs year in Technical Writing

Location: Hyderabad

Skills Required

• Ability to author and edit deliverables for online and printed distribution
• Ability to communicate effectively with the remote project teams
• Ability to perform independent research to understand the product
• Ability to set priorities and escalate issues appropriately
• Familiarity with documentation tools used by CA including Microsoft Office, AuthorIT, and Adobe Acrobat, and familiarity with multiple operating systems, programming concepts, and source control is desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow project plans, implement designs, and meet dates for deliverables
• Adapt to and implement new procedures, processes, and corporate directives
• Manage multiple project assignments simultaneously, such as working on a major release and a service pack
• Install, learn, and work with the product during the development cycle
• Write technically accurate, grammatically correct information
• Communicate with the project team to resolve problems, obtain information, and ensure timely reviews
• Provide project status
