Role Summary:
This person will be responsible for developing products for the Speciality Marketing Division (SMD) & the Customer Management Group (CMG) functions.

Key Result Areas: Reports to : Sr.Manager (Product Development)
- To design new & innovative life insurance products that can be sold by the channels.
- To regularly co-ordinate with channel heads to ascertain their inputs on the products being developed & subsequent feedback on the same & to understand the key target market for the products being developed.
- To evaluate products being offered by competition on the SMD / CMG platform.
- To initiate surveys within / outside the organisation to determine changing market trends & customer requirements.
- Co-ordinate with Life Profit Center & Actuarial to determine viability & profitability of the products being developed.
- Provide support to the content development team for developing training material for new launches.
