TITLE: Finance Manager

REPORTS TO: Head of Finance, India with primary line and Managing Director India as second line

JOB SUMMARY: The Finance Manager India is responsible for all aspects of project management, accounting, taxation (individual and corporate), legal,
and cash management for the India legal entity. This function closely liaises with the India Head of Finance and the Global Services functions . The function
m anages the relationship and the quality of work of outside service professionals in the area of Payroll, Tax and Accounting support. In addition to the finance function, the incumbent will also take on responsibility for contract management, vendor relations, employment contracts and transfers. The function manages a team of three and works very closely with the team on taxation, statutory compliances and project management.
