| Job Description |
| 1. Responsible for design and developing of functional test systems for CCAs and electronic products manufactured by company and guiding EMS providers in developing ICCT software and test fixtures.
2. Support the test engineering activities for electronic products manufactured at company eg maintenance and upgrade of existing test systems
3. Responsible for creating debugging process and the necessary bench test fixtures for failed CCAs
5. Responsible for design and developing the ATE system for global and domestic manufacturing lines.
6. Support the test engineering activities in global manufacturing lines which are getting transferred from other facilities of company to facility at Pune.
7. Responsible for analysis of failures of the product and give the corrective and preventive action.
8. Continuously working on increasing the tester yield, productivity and reduce the test time.
9. Compliance to ISO: 9000-Quality system /HOS.
COMPETENCIES DESIRED / PREFERRED
- Computer Literacy : NI labveiw, NI labwindows, C, Knowledge of computer hardware.
- Domain Experience: Design & Development of ATE test equipments. Knowledge on NI products like GPIB, DAQ, PXI instruments, testing and measuring instruments . Analog and digital circuit ( microprocessor based). Different Communication protocols like HART, DE, FF, SPI, Modbus etc
- Should be part of Electronic product manufacturing Test Engineering department, R&D
