Requirements:

University Degree in Computer Science (Ph.D. a plus).
4+ years of relevant hands-on technical experience with a record of strong individual technical achievement.
2+ years of relevant experience leading projects of small to moderate size.
People management skills, proven track record of mentoring and coaching team members.
Enthusiasm for solving interesting problems.
Fluency in English.
