| Job Description |
Handling all queries of the customers
Formulating a report for all ongoing Projects. Developing and Managing key accounts of the company. Tracking recoveries/ installments and follow up with the customers/ Banks. Ensuring all sales documents executed for the company. Promoting new projects among existing clients and inclining them to buy other products. Analyzing competitor pricing and giving inputs for pricing strategies, product mix discounts and special combination values.
Building and maintaining long-term sales relationship with customers and brokers. Facilitating and arranging loans for customers as and when required. Taking care of the legal documents and helping the clients for transfers in re-sale cases. Collecting information on market trends and competitors projects. Handling Residential and commercial projects. Projects approval for Home Loan from all the leading banks.
Co-ordination with all leading banks for new Home loans schemes. Executed Buyer Agreements, payment plans.
