Job Description
We are an established e-commerce company is looking for young and dynamic brains to propel the organizational growth. For our expansion we need smart workers in our customer service operations team.
With dedicated customer services team, and global partnerships, we have earned ourselves the position of industry leader in web based customer service for e-commerce companies.
The candidate will be responsible to delight our customers with outstanding levels of customer service delivered over Live Chat and Emails. Our customer service center is staffed 24x7, and the candidate should be flexible working in shifts.
The basic requirements for this job:
- Strong command over English (grammatically correct written English)
- Schooling from a reputed English medium school
- Graduation degree (or final year student) from a recognized university/college
- Understanding of computers and internet
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Typing Speed - Min 30wpm
- Live in or around Noida
