Responsibilities:

• Requirement Analysis
• Source and competition mapping
• Searching right candidate and selling the position to the candidate
• Interview Scheduling and ensuring follow up
• Candidate Selection, offer negotiation and follow up with joining to ensure closure of the positions

Requirements:

• 1 – 3 years of recruitment experience, in IT and other industries
• Candidate should have strong understanding of the various sources of recruitment (including job sites, networking sites, headhunting) and should be able to used them innovatively to close the positions at the earliest
• Candidate should be able to work well under targets
• IT Recruitment experience is a must

Preferred

Prior Business Development Experience would be an added advantage
