Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of Business Plan as per your research.
- Framing strategies for initiating the business opportunity.
- Organizing the teams to address specific accounts.
- Business planning for key initiatives.
- Responsible to increase the customer base and build strong relationships with customers/dealers.
- Responsible for the total sales activity, starting from suspect identification and project presentations, up to techno-commercial negotiations, order finalization and then payment collection.
- Analysis for cause & effect with business opportunities.
- Ensuring the overall target accomplishments.
- Coordination with technical team to ensure effective communication on clients’ requirements.
- Oversee development and implementation of account plan for assigned account(s).
- Establish executive level contacts with defined account(s) to help build and manage existing customer relationships.
- Manage multiple accounts, usually key accounts identified as high potential / high revenue generating.
- Identify partners / alliances that help enhance position with customers.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership skill/decision making/forecast/risk taking.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Should have Good commercial acumen.
- Should have sales experience in the IT field-Hardware and Software Solutions, consultancy, concept selling.
- Should be dynamic, young personnel with a flair for meeting new people and developing long term relationships with them.
- Should possess strong selling skills.
- Should be cool and confident, but with a yearning to scale newer heights.
- Experience in interaction with corporate, Government and institutions will a major plus point.
- If you a BE or B Tech in Electronics/instrumentation/computer science, MBA in Marketing will give you and added advantage.
- Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Managerial role will be preferred
