Essential Functions

·      As a sourcing executive, you are responsible for identifying talent for various clients of  Allegis Group, and increasing the quality of workforce overall with high emphasis on relationship building.

·      At Allegis, a  sourcing executive is molded to be a ‘Domain Expert’ in the area he/she is aligned to. To become a domain expert, it must strive to have strong knowledge of the candidate market, quality and cost of talent pool available in the market and also should be aware of the competition in the market place.

Identification Process:

·      Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates.

·      Place job requirements on the Internet to increase available candidate pool.

·      Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in opportunities within the company

·      Network and build relationships with target markets identified

Hiring Process:

  • Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions.
  • Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate terms.
  • Maintain excellent documentation of the process
  • A positive attitude and high level of commitment is a basic pre requisite to be a part of our team.

 

Work Timing is between 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM/ 8:30PM - 6:30 AM and this is a fixed shift. We work from Monday to Friday and we also provide transport.
