EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE
Ø Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Information Technology, or related
field.
Ø Experience:
• At least 5 to 7 years experience with PeopleSoft HR system. Knowledge of PS
9.0 or PS 9.1 a must.
• A thorough understanding of Human Resource processes, Payroll and related
technologies across all HR specialty areas including staffing, development, training,
performance management, compensation, benefits, and data warehousing
• Effective communicator
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and ability to coordinate action
from multiple groups to resolve issues.
• Ability to conceptualize and communicate business needs and translate them
into actionable solutions.
• Experience of operating in a Global organization.
