Job Description:
We are looking for someone with an outgoing and confident personality with the
ability to build and maintain relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
The recruiter is responsible for finding qualified candidates to place in
permanent positions at our client sites.
This includes:
Identify candidates
Screen and Qualify candidates
Conduct phone and in person interviews
Develop and post job ads
Conduct reference and background checks
Prepare candidates for interviews; Debrief candidates
Prepare resumes for client presentation
Build and maintain excellent relationships with Candidates
Requirements: 0-1 yr Exp
Any Graduate,
Must have a recruiting knowledge.
Highly aggressive proven exposure
and working relations with top clients is the key should be able to deliver and
work with challenges in the market.
Strong time management, organizational and follow up skills
Self motivated with good time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications
Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of clients and
candidates
Strong internet and computer skills
