telecommunications equipment and related services to mobile and fixed
network operators globally. They have operations in more than 100
countries and offer end-to-end solutions for all major mobile
communication standards.
Desired Profile:-
Qualification:-
CA/CS/MBA-Finance.
Excellent track record in Contract Management
In-depth knowledge of contracting practices
Advanced drafting, negotiation and risk management skills
High level of legal and regulatory awareness, in contract drafting and
negotiating, managing claims and contractual disputes
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Represent, drive and facilitate Contract Management all through the lifecycle of a contract.
