Duties &
Responsibilities ( List in the order of importance the duties &
responsibilities of this job)
q Branch Profitability assessment, tracking
MIS & visit to assigned area (under branch) on regular basis.
q Branch performance review on regular
intervals
q Daily tracking for chronic cases &
discussion with Field Executive.
q Developing new strategies for increasing business
volumes & taking collection in a systematised manner.
q Regular Decision making on statutory
issues.
q Filtering the branch issues to the
concerned process owner.
q Relationship with dealers fro business
group.
q Collect data on activities of competitors,
Auto dealers, life/ Asset insurance company activities.
q Improve relationship with dealers &
strategize to increase the market share in M&M, non M&M & MUL.
q Correspond with defaulters, dealers, RTO,
Police on daily affairs.
q Performance appraisal of team members on
regular basis & Feed back.
q Responsible for overall growth of Branch
q He should give the market feedback,
feedback about the competitors,
q He is responsible for the up gradation of
skill / knowledge of his team members
