Job Description

Require Back Office Executive (DAY SHIFT)for an International Call Center in Mumbai

Shifts: 10.00am to 8.00pm (9 Hrs Shift)

CTC: Upto 15k - 18k

Joining Date: ASAP

Job Description:

  • Responsible for changing customer details from back end (address details)
  • Will need to understand customer queries & respond via mail
  • Should have excellent verbal & written communication
  • Should be a non-technical graduate (B.Com/ B.B.A/ B.B.M)
  • Week Offs - Sat/Sun

Interview Rounds: Will have a written test (grammar, aptitude & passage writing) & a typing test. Should score at least 30wpm & 90% accuracy in typing

Interview Timings: Mon – Fri (12-6pm)
